Docwrite brings together public professional listings and medicine and diagnostic-test references. Coverage is growing and is not a complete register of every doctor, facility or product in India.

Collected facts and clinical review

Doctor and facility listings describe professional roles, locations and contact information available in the records. Inclusion does not establish independent licence verification, endorsement or current appointment availability.

Medicine entries reproduce recorded product facts. An import or collection date indicates when information entered the catalogue, not when a pharmacist checked it. Test references are compiled research; a collection date is not a medical review date. We do not label an entry clinically reviewed unless a qualified reviewer has actually reviewed it.

Contacts and privacy

Hospital and department enquiry channels are labelled separately from direct professional contacts. Private doctor accounts and patient records are separate from these public listings. Signing up does not automatically publish account information.

Corrections and profile claims

Use the correction link on a listing to report an outdated affiliation, contact detail or product fact. Include the precise change and an official supporting link when available. Requests enter an internal review queue; submitting a request does not immediately change the public listing.

Doctors may request a profile claim after signing in with a verified phone number. Phone verification alone does not prove ownership of a particular listing or independently verify a medical licence. Supporting details must be checked before any claim is approved.

Do not include patient information, medical records or identity-document scans in a directory request.

Directory quality measurements

We count broad directory visits, contact-link clicks and browser performance ratings to improve these pages. These counts contain no exact medicine or test URL, search terms, patient details or account identifier. We use no analytics cookies, honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, and do not send these measurements to an advertising service. Contact and login clicks are not completed appointments or doctor registrations.
